Non-Listed Species Precluded from Listing Due to Conservation

Provides a list of non-listed species (status is one of the following Resolved Taxon, Status Undefined, or Species of Concern) that were precluded from listing due to Conservation Efforts. The species will need to have received a Notice of Candidate Removal due to Conservation Efforts OR Proposed Withdrawal due to Conservation Efforts via the ECOS Federal Register module before it will show up in this report. Species that have received this determination historically, but are now listed are not represented in this report. In addition, only non-listed species that received this determination AFTER the 1996 CNOR (published in late February 1996) are represented in this report.
