This dataset contains Socioeconomic Characteristics metrics displayed in the <a href="https://www.ers.usda.gov/data-products/food-environment-atlas/" target="_blank">U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Environment Atlas website</a>, including County resident population by groupings of humans based on shared physical or social qualities into categories generally viewed as distinct by society.

Data was last updated on the USDA website in September 2020.
