The percentage of stations served by a train arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time (includes initial departure as well). Any trains that arrive after 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time are considered late for that station stop. OTP metrics are the primary performance measures of reliability for passenger rail service.

Note: Amtrak Long Distance (LD) and North Carolina-Supported Carolinian service also operate in Virginia, but this dataset does not include their data.
