A TARGETed© Approach to Working with Traumatized Youth and Families - Program Manual for the Illinois PII Project

This PII grantee program manual provides detailed information about the implementation process of the Illinois Trauma Focus Model for Reducing Long-Term Foster Care project. The purpose of the manual is to assist others in the field in replicating or adapting the Trauma Affect Regulation: Guide for Education and Therapy (TARGET©) intervention for their local use. Readers will find reflections, lessons learned, and other practical information based on the experience of the Illinois team. The manual can be especially helpful if you are considering implementation of the intervention, interested in addressing the needs of similar target populations, or interested in lessons learned from real-world implementation experiences.
