These application boundaries serve as application areas for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program, as well as other purposes identified by the Office of Broadband. Updated December 19, 2024 to address previously made errors in ensuring application borders aligned with city and county boundaries. This list was updated again in June 2025 to clarify Richmond City and Richmond County.
