About this dataset
"Delisted Species" refers to animal or plant species that were previously listed as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) but have since been removed from that list. Delisted species are often monitored to ensure that they continue to thrive in their habitats and do not revert to endangered status.
