Easements

<p>Incumbrancers on real estate which affect the owner's real estate bundle of rights.  Specifically:</p> <p>  Ingress/Egress Easements - Usually a perpetual agreement between property owners to allow transgression on property other than the owner. </p> <p>  Prescription - An easement (usually public right of way) in which the property owner may not have a signed agreement.</p> <p>  Private Roads - Easement incurred by property owners (usually condominiums and planned unit developments) to allow transgression across common areas.</p> <p>  Other - Other easements (such as, but not limited to sign easements, bridal/walking paths, etc.)  not following under the above categories.  May not be perpetual.</p>
