The data in the file populates the Social Services Spending table in the LDSS Annual Profile Report (Social Services Spending - Virginia Department of Social Services). This information is published in the Master Financial Statement reports and posted to the DSS public web site. The file contains SFY 2025 data and historic data for each state fiscal year back to 2014. The expenditures are tied back to budget lines (BL) and program codes.
