About this dataset
The dataset consists of short video clips (approximately 20 seconds each) capturing traffic intersections in Arizona as part of the ITS JPO's Traffic Signal Change and Clearance Interval Pooled Fund Study. Each clip focuses on the yellow-light phase of traffic signals, providing visual data of vehicle and pedestrian responses during this transitional period.
