About this dataset

This collection of healthcare datasets encompasses a broad range of performance, cost, and quality measures from various Medicare and care models. Included are hospital, skilled nursing, and home health facility cost reports detailing facility characteristics, utilization, cost and charges, Medicare settlements, and financial statements by CMS Certification Number. Other datasets capture provider and participant information, beneficiary demographics, financial and quality results, and performance metrics for models such as Kidney Care Choices (KCC), End-Stage Renal Disease Care (CEC) and Treatment Choices (ETC), Ambulatory Specialty Model (ASM), and ACO REACH. Together, these datasets provide insight into provider operations, care delivery, beneficiary alignment, participant tracking, financial benchmarks, quality outcomes, and shared savings or losses across multiple value-based care and payment models.
