VDH PUD Overdose Deaths by Year and Quarter - Virginia

This dataset includes the number and rate of drug overdose deaths among Virginians by quarter, and drug class.

Note: VDH is transitioning from the use of NCHS bridged-race population estimates to Census single-race population estimates to display rates by race and ethnicity. As a result, rate calculations are not available in the drug overdose deaths public use dataset. Once this transition is complete the public use datasets will be updated to include rate calculations.
