Species Removed from Candidacy or Withdrawn from Proposals

Provides a list of species (both listed and non-listed species) that were either a Candidate Removal OR a Withdrawal of a listing (does not include withdrawals of down listing/delisting actions). The species will need to have received a Notice of Candidate Removal (for any reason) OR Proposed Withdrawal (for any reason) via the ECOS Federal Register module before it will show up in this report.
